Microlise, a privately owned fleet-technology business operating for over 30 years, was running payroll for 270 employees monthly but struggled after switching away from Earnie IQ to a competitor system that required hours of manual data entry and lacked technical capability. IRIS Software Group re-implemented Earnie IQ with a consultant-led setup and minimal training, restoring import functionality and automated payslip delivery so employees manage their own passwords and historical payslip access. The solution eliminated the previous “hours upon hours” of manual keying, ensured compliant storage of payslips/P60s, improved accuracy, and freed payroll staff to focus on other work while continuing to process payroll for 270 employees each month.
