Deepdene School maximise time and money savings

Deepdene School, an independent school in East Sussex, wanted a better way to keep parents informed and engaged than traditional paper-based communication. The school worked with IRIS Software Group’s ParentMail service to make messages easy for parents to receive on phones or computers.

IRIS Software Group implemented ParentMail for email and text messaging, and Deepdene School now sends around 7–8 communications a week covering sports, events, kit lists, clubs and newsletters. The results have been strong: 100% of parents use the system, parents are more involved and informed, and the school has saved significant time and resources while also being able to track when messages are opened.
