Danbro delivers award-winning client service with support from IRIS OpenApps

Danbro, a Chartered Management Accountants firm serving around 5,500 contractors and freelancers, needed a way to centralise client information and improve response times across multiple offices. Working with IRIS Software Group, Danbro built on its long-standing use of IRIS compliance products and IRIS Practice Management (used by 45 staff) to tackle problems caused by split offices, heavy paper use and the need for better remote access and document sharing.

IRIS Software Group implemented IRIS OpenDocs (2011) for automated document and email capture and IRIS OpenBooks (implemented April 2012) for online bookkeeping and alerts. The solutions gave instant, centralised access to client records, reduced paper consumption, enabled remote working (including staff working two days a week from home), and improved client transparency and response times. IRIS OpenBooks is now part of Danbro’s “Danbro Connected” offering for the three to four new clients onboarded daily, and integration with IRIS Accounts Production has sped up statutory returns by eliminating manual data transfers.
