Culcheth High School worked with IRIS Software Group during the pandemic to overcome major communication challenges, including keeping parents informed during fast-changing lockdown conditions and finding a workable way to run Parents’ Evening remotely. The school needed a solution that could support whole-school communication while helping it adapt quickly to remote engagement.

Using IRIS Reach, IRIS Software Group helped Culcheth High School launch the #Thisweek in-app newsletter, daily briefings, microsites, and remote Parents’ Evening voice memos. The approach drove strong engagement, with an 80.5% parent signup rate overall and 85% of Year 7 parents using the app, while #Thisweek accounted for about 40% of website traffic and became a central part of school communication.
