Cascade HRi’s ‘transformational’ change for Transform

Transform Housing & Support, which provides accommodation and support for around 2,000 homeless and vulnerable people each year, needed a more efficient way to manage HR and payroll. Using paper-based processes and separate systems was creating extra admin work for the People team and limiting visibility for managers. IRIS Software Group’s Cascade HRi was chosen to support a more integrated, digital approach.

IRIS Software Group implemented Cascade HRi as an integrated HR and payroll platform, helping Transform move from manual paperwork to streamlined workflows. The result was a saving of around a week of staff administration time each month, better oversight for managers, and a smoother transition during Covid. Transform has also been able to tailor the system with additional screens and workflows to fit its specific needs, including DBS and right-to-work checks.
