Balance Street GP Surgery, a 40‑employee NHS practice in Uttoxeter, needed to streamline payroll while staying compliant with workplace pension auto‑enrolment and avoiding ongoing administrative burden. Already using IRIS GP Payroll, the practice turned to IRIS Software Group and adopted the IRIS AE Suite™ along with IRIS OpenPayslips to simplify auto‑enrolment and payslip distribution.
