Auto SIMS link a timesaving success for St Anne’s RC Primary School

St Anne’s RC Primary School needed a faster, less labor-intensive way to keep pupil and contact data up to date in ParentMail, especially when preparing for the new school year. Working with IRIS Software Group’s ParentMail platform, the school wanted to reduce the hours spent manually adding new intake data and maintaining records.

IRIS Software Group implemented ParentMail’s auto SIMS link, syncing data automatically from SIMS into ParentMail each night. The setup took just minutes and, according to the school, will save “hours, if not days” of work each September, while also helping keep parent contact data current.
