Aquest, a recruitment company serving multinational corporations, SMEs and the public sector with around 700 employees, needed HR and finance software that fit its size—its previous systems were “too big, too complicated, and too rigid.” They selected IRIS Software Group’s solutions, deploying IRIS Financials alongside IRIS Cascade HRi to gain a more flexible, user-friendly platform.

The change cut corporate payroll journal processing from two days to one hour per month, halved administration tasks, sped up staff onboarding and gave Aquest greater control and efficiency across HR and finance.
