Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is a Birmingham-based multi-academy trust of seven primary schools and one secondary school whose payroll team was overwhelmed by a disjointed system: a separate MIS, reliance on the local authority for payroll, manual spreadsheets and early bulk-upload deadlines.
