The move cut routine task times dramatically (e.g., benefit setup from ~30 minutes to 5 minutes), improved operational resilience and user experience, and established a collaborative relationship—through IRIS support and the Ideas Portal—that is driving ongoing feature development and plans to standardise payroll across the group.
