Northern Star Trust, an educational trust that more than doubled in size after onboarding six additional schools in May 2024, challenged a five-person central HR team with rapid expansion and the need to integrate HR and payroll across many sites. IRIS Software Group implemented Every and IRIS Payroll Services as a unified HR-payroll platform, provided a dedicated project manager and close consultancy support, and completed bulk onboarding across the Trust. The solution eliminated duplicated administration (for example removing the need to re-raise Smart Forms), enabled real-time updates between HR and payroll, delivered measurable time savings for the HR team, and has the full rollout scheduled by January 2025 so the Trust can focus on strategic growth.
