Outcomes First Group (OFG) is a leading UK provider of specialist education for over 5,000 pupils across a network of about 75 schools. To replace legacy systems, improve operational efficiency and scale onboarding of new schools, OFG chose IRIS Software Group’s cloud-based management information system, IRIS Ed:gen.

IRIS Software Group rolled out IRIS Ed:gen to 69 OFG schools (with eight onboarded together in summer 2023), supported by a dedicated installation team and automated configuration. The solution consolidated pupil data, delivered real-time dashboards and group reporting for faster, data‑driven decisions, streamlined secure communications via the email wizard and communication log, reduced reliance on spreadsheets and lowered data‑breach risk; some sites also use IRIS Central for deeper attendance analytics.
