Myrtle Beach National, a long-standing golf course ownership and management company, needed a scalable, condo-focused property management solution to support its growing portfolio of condominium resorts and the specific needs of homeowners. To address challenges around condo-owner fulfillment, reporting, and operational efficiency across many properties (now 17 properties totaling 4,654 units), the company chose IQware and its suite (IQpms, IQres, QA) for its condo-specific functionality and enterprise scalability.

IQware implemented its Property Management System to centralize condo ownership, owners’ fulfillment, and property-management workflows, giving Myrtle Beach National real-time reporting, remote access for monthly roll‑ups, and features like room rotation and revenue balancing.
