Myrtle Beach National, a long-standing golf course ownership and management company, needed a scalable, condo-focused property management solution to support its growing portfolio of condominium resorts and the specific needs of homeowners. To address challenges around condo-owner fulfillment, reporting, and operational efficiency across many properties (now 17 properties totaling 4,654 units), the company chose IQware and its suite (IQpms, IQres, QA) for its condo-specific functionality and enterprise scalability.
IQware implemented its Property Management System to centralize condo ownership, owners’ fulfillment, and property-management workflows, giving Myrtle Beach National real-time reporting, remote access for monthly roll‑ups, and features like room rotation and revenue balancing. As a result, Myrtle Beach National scaled from six properties in 2005 to 17 today, improved daily reporting and operational efficiencies, reduced staffing needs through automation, and continues to benefit from IQware’s regular updates and support that contribute to measurable bottom-line improvements.
