IQware Helps Saunders Complete a High-Tech Extreme Hotel Makeover with the Premiere Hotel and Suites

Saunders Hotel Group purchased the Premiere Hotel and Suites, a 112‑room extended‑stay property, and needed a modern property management system to handle extended‑stay pricing, packages and flexible corporate/group billing. They replaced an older system with IQware’s property management system (IQPMS) to simplify operations, improve front‑desk usability, and better manage occupancy and rate strategies.

The result was higher RevPAR, increased occupancy and guest satisfaction, and what the hotel called “a 1,000% difference” versus the prior system; IQware has been in use at the property since 2007 and remains in place under new ownership.
