East West Resort Uses IQware’s PMS to Manage Condo Rentals

East West Resorts needed a modern, flexible property management system to replace antiquated DOS “green-screen” tools and better handle condo rental operations and hotel-like services across its slope-side destinations. After evaluating at least ten vendors, East West Resorts selected IQware and its property management system (PMS) for its proven functionality and responsive team.

IQware implemented a customized, modular PMS with on-site training and ongoing support, deploying across East West Resorts’ 4 properties (952 units) with installations completed between August and mid‑September and two weeks of intensive on-site training. The IQware solution enabled real-time owner self-service, streamlined condo rental workflows, and improved guest and owner service delivery, with continued custom development and support to increase productivity and adoption.
