ABEC Resorts, the on-site manager of three luxury condominium-hotels in Destin (Silver Shells Beach Resort & Spa, Silver Beach Towers Resort, and The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center), needed a way to deliver individualized, high-touch service across multiple properties while streamlining owner access and day-to-day operations.
