ABEC Resorts Creates One-of-a-Kind Guest Experiences with IQware’s PMS

ABEC Resorts, the on-site manager of three luxury condominium-hotels in Destin (Silver Shells Beach Resort & Spa, Silver Beach Towers Resort, and The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center), needed a way to deliver individualized, high-touch service across multiple properties while streamlining owner access and day-to-day operations. To meet those challenges ABEC Resorts turned to IQware and its property management system (PMS), including an online owner portal and VIP guest card integration.

IQware implemented a multi-property PMS that ties VIP guest cards, central billing and a secure owner web portal into a single, automated platform—enabling one-card shopping for amenities, real-time inventory management, 24/7 remote access for staff and owners, and modular feature rollouts.
