Canadian Wireless Retailer, a store-in-store wireless dealer with 180 locations nationwide, needed a better way to increase sales and improve the customer experience despite limited kiosk space and a complicated multi-carrier sales process. After using iQmetrix’s earlier XQ Browse tool for several years, they looked for a more advanced solution with stronger POS integration and Dropship capabilities.

iQmetrix implemented Endless Aisle as a sales assist for reps, giving them interactive touchscreens to browse accessories, phones, and rate plans alongside customers. The result was a 798% increase in Dropship/Endless Aisle sales in the month after migration, nearly 4,000 items sold year to date, more than $190,000 in sales, and nearly $90,000 in profit.
