Connect Wireless, an authorized AT&T wireless retailer, grew rapidly from a single Boise location to a multi-state chain and faced a major challenge after acquiring 18 more stores: the newly added locations had different processes, no standardized reporting, and needed a way to align culture, performance, and transparency across the business. To support that growth, the company used iQmetrix BI, along with iQmetrix RQ Retail Management software already in its stores, to bring consistent data and accountability to every level of the organization.

iQmetrix BI helped Connect Wireless implement customized reporting, streamlined training, and performance tracking for staff, managers, and executives. The solution improved visibility into store and individual results, helped drive sales through contests and goal-setting, and supported stronger accountability; as a result, formerly stagnant stores began growing, one standout store was identified for expansion rather than closure, and Connect Wireless expanded from 17 stores before the acquisition to 45 locations by 2014.
