The customer, CGI, faced the challenge of increasing the efficiency of their field inspection and grid operations processes for Dutch utility operators. IQGeo provided a solution that enabled CGI to visualize their utility customers' network data model in the field as a digital twin. Field workers could edit data based on real-world conditions, and the IQGeo platform would sync these updates with the back office to ensure data accuracy for all teams. This resulted in more efficient execution of work for multiple use cases, including inspections and outages, helping CGI move toward its emissions targets.
