2XL Says YES to Customer Demands with Iptor

2XL, a Belgium-based family-owned transport specialist, needed to expand beyond transport into turnkey logistics and warehousing to support a key customer’s direct customer shipment model and meet strict storage and traceability requirements. To do that, 2XL chose Iptor’s warehouse management solution to handle a multi-warehouse environment, consigned inventory, and customer-specific handling while helping it achieve BRC standards and maintain its “no is not an option” service promise.

Iptor implemented a flexible WMS with an embedded rules engine, supplier/vendor portal, and integrations to customer ERP systems, enabling 2XL to go live within seven months and phase the system in alongside warehouse construction. The result was a major operational transformation: 2XL now moves more than 300 loads a day, operates two rail-connected warehouses with 55,000 m2 of storage, doubled warehouse turnover, reduced warehouse staffing needs, achieved stock accuracy above 99.3%, and delivered up to 35% transport savings.
