IPS Group, Inc. deployed wirelessly connected smart meters, pay stations, mobile payments and a consolidated DMS, giving Somerville real‑time analytics, remote configuration and faster fault resolution. The upgrade raised meter uptime to over 99%, shifted more than 40% of transactions to credit/debit cards, reduced operational labor, increased parking turnover to support downtown businesses, and delivered responsive IPS support to keep the system running.
