Pier 1 Imports wanted to expand its Pinterest presence, reach a broader audience, and drive more qualified traffic to its ecommerce site while maintaining a personalized customer experience. Working with iProspect, the retailer tested Pinterest’s new One-Tap feature to see if it could improve performance without hurting engagement.

iProspect built a data-driven strategy using Pinterest keyword and interest targeting plus re-engagement tactics for prior visitors. The campaign delivered a 59% increase in engagement rate, a 639% lift in click-through rate, and was 76% more efficient than the Pinterest CTR benchmark. Pinterest also recognized the campaign as one of its strongest One-Tap tests to date.
