ProFile Discovery, a Columbus-based legal services provider, needed a more powerful and reliable eDiscovery environment as its cases grew more complex and data volumes increased. With IPRO’s cloud eDiscovery, ProFile Discovery gained stronger security, easier client access, and features like Active Learning, advanced analytics, and review-in-place. The solution helped ProFile reduce one matter from 19 million emails to 11 million through deduplication and ultimately to under 400,000 documents, while also cutting custodians in another case from several hundred to 12, improving review speed, accuracy, and client confidence.
