Southern Farm Bureau Life, founded in 1946 to serve Farm Bureau members, faced a persistent field-sales challenge: many agents work in rural areas with poor or no internet, which kept electronic application adoption low (about 13% with the prior vendor) and limited sales efficiency.

Deploying iPipeline’s disconnected iGO e-App let agents complete error-checked applications offline and sync later, driving e-App usage to roughly 70% (with about 60% of e-Apps completed using the disconnected mode). The change produced faster, more efficient sales and back-office processing, a 97% placement rate for newly issued policies in 2013, and helped fuel record premium and volume growth from 2011–2013.
