Levinson & Associates is a national independent marketing organization (IMO) based in Florida that supports more than 22,000 agents across 90 life carriers and 30 annuity companies. The firm faced slow, paper-based policy delivery: carriers mailed policies directly to customers, preventing agent review, creating three- to four-week waits (longer for corrections), delaying agent commissions and increasing overnight-mail costs.

Levinson implemented iPipeline’s DocFast to digitize e-delivery and e-signature, onboarding in under a week and enabling carriers, agents and customers to review and approve policies via a secure portal.
