Carroll Fulmer Logistic Corp., a national trucking and logistics company with about 300 employees, 475 drivers and 1,700 trailers, was hampered by an aging premise-based PBX that relied on analog circuits, multiple carriers, poor voicemail/notification, and no integrated call tracking.
