Lomax is a Danish supplier of office supplies, electronics and furniture with a 26,000‑item assortment and a goal to deliver a simple, fast e‑commerce experience. Their challenge was to merge the online catalog and webshop so customers could seamlessly add catalog items to the shopping basket while handling variants, bulk discounts and bonus schemes. Lomax chose iPaper and used the iPaper platform and API to power this integration.

Using iPaper’s platform and API, Lomax built an intelligent integration that lets customers add products from the online catalog to the webshop basket with a single click and displays a contextual pop‑up for variant selection, discounts and bonus schemes. The implementation gave Lomax full control to implement and adjust the integration themselves; while the case study provides no numeric KPIs, the iPaper solution delivered a more streamlined, efficient shopping flow and operational autonomy for Lomax.
