The result was a smoother click-and-collect experience, higher conversions, and stronger customer retention: more than 10% of Fleggaard’s orders now include items added from the iPaper catalog, and readers spend an average of nearly 7 minutes in the catalogs. The integrated solution also helped grow Fleggaard’s database and improve email-driven follow-up orders.
