P. de Jager, a 146‑year‑old flower bulb specialist and Royal Warrant holder, faced the challenge of moving from a bi‑annual mail‑order catalogue to online sales for both wholesalers and consumers. With an ageing consumer base and a large, hard‑to‑maintain product catalogue, they partnered with iPages (since 2007) to create a multi‑channel eCommerce presence using iPages’ platform and services.

iPages designed and built bespoke linked trade and consumer websites with searchable product attribute filters, related items, and a single back‑end storing orders, invoicing and accounting. By letting the team update products, prices and quantities across channels and improving cross‑device usability, iPages delivered significant time savings and, according to the owner, a significant increase in revenue while simplifying catalogue management and financial reporting.
