Vyve Broadband targets 200-node core upgrade with IP Infusion

Vyve Broadband, a provider of data, voice, and video services to rural communities, faced the challenge of integrating three disparate networks following multiple acquisitions. To support rapid customer growth and improve network stability, they needed a unified platform to replace their existing infrastructure. Vyve selected IP Infusion's OcNOS network operating system to achieve this consolidation.

IP Infusion's solution involved deploying OcNOS on Edgecore white box hardware, which standardized Vyve's architecture and procedures. This implementation led to quicker deployment cycles and a measurable drop in care-center support calls attributed to higher network reliability. The deployment is on track for 200 nodes, displacing legacy Cisco and Juniper equipment.
