Welink, a SaaS platform founded in 2015 that helps small and midsize businesses (accountants, builders, lawyers, agencies and architects) generate leads across eight countries, faced limited visibility into its most important conversion channel: phone calls. To quantify messages, appointments and missed calls for its 5,000+ members and demonstrate platform value, Welink partnered with iovox to deploy call-tracking and visibility services.

iovox implemented dedicated iovox Numbers, Call Whispers, Missed Call Alerts, an API to capture/report missed calls, and an analytics dashboard to surface trends and notify clients by email/SMS.
