Immobiliare, Italy’s #1 property portal (55M visits/month, 1.2M listings, used by 90% of Italian agents), needed a way to help agents improve performance and to prove the full value of its platform — especially phone leads that weren’t being attributed. Email lead flow was tracked, but Immobiliare couldn’t demonstrate that calls agents received came from its listings, so it partnered with iovox to add call-tracking capabilities (iovox Numbers, Call Whispers and Analytics).

Using the iovox API, Immobiliare integrated local iovox Numbers, Call Whispers and analytics into its workflow; Call Whispers play a branded reminder to agents when a portal-sourced number is called, and the analytics provide clear call-attribution data. The iovox solution delivered actionable call statistics that agents can see and Immobiliare can share, improving customer awareness of the portal’s lead generation, enhancing service quality, and achieving the client’s goals of measurable value and better agent interactions.
