Groupe La Centrale, the French leader in car, motorcycle and boat marketplaces (including Promoneuve, Ma Voiture and Caradisiac) faced the need to protect seller data and privacy, improve service quality for private and professional clients, and better manage platform performance. To address these challenges the group engaged iovox and its call-tracking technology, notably the iovox API.

Using the iovox API to auto-provision dedicated phone numbers, plus analytics and missed-call alerts, Groupe La Centrale shielded sellers’ personal numbers while capturing call volumes and answer/unanswered metrics in a real-time dashboard. Within two weeks of provisioning iovox numbers they began collecting objective data to prove marketplace value to customers, improve call-answering capacity, manage performance by advert and time of day, and meet the project’s business and financial goals.
