ION implemented City Financials as a centralized payment factory with host-to-host bank connections and an integrated TMS, migrating 200+ files and 1,800+ documents and bringing 94 subsidiaries onto one platform. The deployment delivered straight-through processing of 10,000+ payments per month, reduced banking partners from about 20 to 3 (removing 15 platforms), enabled liquidity pooling (80% cash in the liquidity structure), and supported growth (Europe revenues +15% in 2018) without adding headcount.
