How University of Colorado increased engagement with Interactive eBook

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (including the CU School of Medicine and Colorado School of Public Health) needed a better way to disseminate implementation science and training materials from its CRISP program. Traditional channels—long PDFs, journals and forums—limited engagement and reach, so the team sought a modern, web-based format to make complex research more accessible and engaging.

Partnering with ion, they produced a multimedia, responsive interactive eBook that replaced static documents with visuals, video and links. The eBook was distributed across university channels and national newsletters, reached new audiences (students and clinicians), was highlighted at AcademyHealth and NIH presentations, helped bridge disciplinary silos, proved cost-effective, and is now being measured with analytics to track impact.
