Concierge Auctions, a New York–based marketplace for high‑end properties that markets listings for 30 days before selling them at auction, faced a common real‑estate problem: its original photos and marketing copy were being picked up and duplicated across the web, so Concierge couldn’t establish its property pages as the authoritative source. The company also needed a better way to generate ongoing, unique content and to measure how long prospective buyers spent on each listing to gauge interest.

Concierge partnered with Rock Content to extend and integrate via API, adding new content fields and a LiveUpdate section so sales teams could publish daily photos, videos, documents and copy unique to each property. The result was richer, dynamically updated property pages that improved SEO and made Concierge the canonical source for its listings, transformed the buyer experience, increased return visits, and provided better signals of buyer engagement.
