Sodexo Streamlines Moves with iOFFICE Space Management

Sodexo, a global leader in quality-of-life services, tasked its Nordic facilities management team (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) with finding an IWMS to support regional growth and complex client needs across 300,000 sq. ft. Their existing, siloed software couldn’t scale, integrate or provide the real-time data, low training burden and modular, cost-effective resale model the team and its customers required.

Sodexo selected iOFFICE for its open API, module-based platform and customizable reporting—using Move Management, Space Management, Room Reservation and Service Request to transition smoothly to a reservation-based workspace model. Mobile access and integrations (including a unique catering link) improved space utilization, service delivery and client data-sharing, led to rollouts for customers like AstraZeneca and Carlsberg, and resulted in iOFFICE being named one of Sodexo’s two global space-management options as the team explores sensors and beacons next.
