McKesson, a global health care company founded in 1833, moved into a new 528,000 sq. ft. facility with a goal of creating an employee-centric digital workplace. Prior to the move, CRE, FM, HR and IT teams relied on 58 different apps and technologies, which fractured the user experience, hindered collaboration and prevented centralized management of space, assets and employee services.

Working with CBRE and iOFFICE, McKesson consolidated systems through open APIs and a digital FM stack that unified floor plans, HR data and tools like reservations, mail and visitor management. The implementation delivered CBRE-built dashboards, HR reconciliation reports, TCO visibility by floor, improved hot-desking and mobility, faster response times, and centralized analytics—resulting in a better employee experience and an FM organization that now drives metrics and operational insight.
