iOFFICE IWMS Supports Under Armour's Pursuit of Innovation

Under Armour, the performance apparel and footwear company founded in 1996, needed a way to connect facilities work to its mission of relentless innovation and to deliver consistent, high-quality workplace services across its global footprint. The Director of Facilities and Operations sought real-time space and facilities data and a single platform to streamline space and move management, service tickets and mail handling so the facilities team could better support employees and demonstrate the value of their work.

Under Armour implemented the iOFFICE IWMS—using Space, Move, Service Request and Mail modules—to centralize data, automate workflows (including automatic ticket routing) and track mail issues. The result was a comprehensive facilities program that helped prioritize work, reduce manual tasks and improve workplace quality: amenity scores and collaboration rose significantly (60% of teammates reported spending more than half their time collaborating), complaints about daylight and views dropped, mail flow stabilized, onboarding improved, and the company is now exploring iBeacons and other advanced workplace technologies.
