iOffice provides integrated workplace management software tailored to higher education. Colleges and universities were struggling with slow, error-prone student mail centers, thousands of underused P.O. boxes, manual service-request tracking, and fragmented space/move data — problems that led to long waits, lost packages, poor service and difficulty planning and budgeting.

Working with partner Ricoh, iOffice deployed its Mail Module with kiosks and automated notifications, high‑density mailbox consolidation, a Service Request Module for online work orders, and centralized space/move management with bi‑directional HR integration.
