PCMA, a leading professional resource for meetings, conventions and events with about 6,500 members across 17 chapters and 35+ countries, needed to showcase its brand and high-quality education while converting hybrid attendees into future face-to-face participants and buyers. The organization also wanted to reach new target markets and engage members who could not travel to Boston for their Convening Leaders conference.

PCMA partnered with INXPO to deliver a hybrid experience using INXPO’s Online Event solution, enabling remote attendees to interact with sessions, sponsors and peers from any device. The event drew 4,949 total attendees, with 17% participating online; 34% of hybrid attendees spent 10+ hours in the event, and 65% of hybrid participants were non-members, demonstrating expanded reach and strong remote engagement.
