A INXPO Case Study
Mondelez International, a global confectionery and food and beverage company with about 107,000 employees, needed a web-based enterprise training platform to replicate instructor-led, face-to-face marketing training across multiple locations. Their goals were to reduce global travel costs, encourage interaction during and after sessions, and create creative, scalable virtual training that could be replicated across the enterprise.
Mondelez chose INXPO for its technical capabilities and leadership in learning design and piloted a 5-day marketing program using INXPO’s Learning Environments and Virtual Classrooms, featuring a welcome video, pre-work, short video training modules, and badging/gamification. The pilot drove strong engagement and measurable outcomes: 70% of participants would recommend the format, 61% learned a new job-ready skill, learners made 212 posts on day one, and attendees represented three countries, demonstrating a scalable, collaborative solution.
