A INXPO Case Study
Learning Ally, a national nonprofit that helps visually impaired and dyslexic students succeed through human‑narrated audio textbooks and community support, launched its first‑of‑its‑industry virtual conference, Spotlight on Dyslexia. The organization aimed to register at least 400 paid attendees and 20 exhibitors, attract 25% non‑members to expand its reach, and deliver a high‑quality, community‑focused online experience for parents and educators.
Using INXPO’s Online Event Solution, Learning Ally hosted an 8‑hour conference with 20+ experts, a White House opening session and a celebrity parent keynote, leveraging chat, badging and on‑demand access to drive engagement. The event drew 1,000+ registrants and 23 exhibitors, with 63% attending live, 74% spending four or more hours in the event, attendees viewing/downloading an average of 11 content pieces, and overwhelmingly positive feedback prompting plans for more virtual conferences.
