JAFRA, a 50+-year cosmetics and direct-sales company that has empowered tens of thousands of independent consultants, needed a way to engage busy work‑at‑home consultants without more travel. Their goal was a single digital destination for onboarding, ongoing training, leadership communications and peer support to help consultants learn, grow and share best practices.
Partnering with INXPO, JAFRA launched BeYOUtiful — a portal that converts classroom content into bite‑sized learning tracks and offers on‑demand and live webcasts, a resource directory and a community for consultants (available in English and Spanish, with Russian coming). Launched to strong positive feedback, the platform now sees 2,000+ unique visitors and 800+ registrations per month, an average of 60+ minutes of content consumed per login, and 24 business and product modules.
