RSA, a division of EMC, needed a modern, global way to launch RSA Security Analytics that would build broad awareness, attract net-new leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Facing a market shaped by social and mobile behavior, the team aimed for ubiquity across geographies and channels while demonstrating innovation.
They ran a multi-channel online launch using INXPO’s event platform, mobile promotion with Trepoint, and integrated social, email and advertising tactics, plus interactive features like a “Request an Appointment” button, trivia game and chat-driven lead qualification. The campaign drove about 9,500 registrations, 2,300+ attendees and 35+ sales appointments with new prospects, generated additional on‑demand opportunities and moved existing accounts into new pipeline discussions.
