Autodesk - Customer Case Study

Autodesk, a global leader in 3D design and engineering software with over 8,000 employees across 36 countries, needed a more cost-effective, scalable and engaging way to reach its distributed workforce. Existing webcasts were resource intensive and limited by time zones and device access, so Autodesk sought a secure video solution that would simplify production, enable executive-to-employee interaction, and scale from a few events to hundreds.

Autodesk chose INXPO to build the “Autodesk On Air” Business TV network—12 departmental channels with single sign-on, role-based access, presenter training and a transition to self-service. The platform delivered 130+ live and on-demand webcasts across 10 departments and drove measurable impact: over one-third of employees watched a recent live CEO town hall, employee belief in Autodesk’s future rose 8%, and trust in senior leadership increased 11%, improving overall engagement and sentiment.
