A INXPO Case Study

Preview of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives Case Study

Association of Corporate Travel Executives - Customer Case Study

The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), a 25-year‑old global association of executive‑level members in 100+ countries, wanted to pilot its first hybrid conference to supplement in‑person sessions and overcome members’ time, budget and travel constraints. Their goals were to extend educational content to virtual attendees (live and on‑demand), increase future face‑to‑face attendance, and attract new members through complimentary virtual access.

Working with INXPO, ACTE started small—streaming two live sessions and one on‑demand webcast with a dedicated project manager/producer, a welcome navigation video, speakers addressing both audiences, and live moderated chats to connect virtual attendees with presenters. The hybrid format reached participants from 30 countries, drove 62% of attendees to say they’re more likely to attend future in‑person events, attracted 60% non‑member virtual attendees, and earned an 85% “excellent/above average” experience rating, expanding ACTE’s reach and membership pipeline.
