Aon plc, a global leader in risk management, insurance and HR solutions with 66,000 employees in more than 120 countries, needed a better way to arm its Producer Team with timely, relevant product knowledge. Although Aon had extensive written content, Producers struggled to find specific information quickly or to absorb it efficiently, limiting their ability to sell and grow revenue.
Aon partnered with INXPO to launch Business TV (branded as ARS TV) to organize and stream live and on-demand video and written content, featuring field‑filmed experts and searchable channels. The program engaged about 3,000 employees, produced 325 webcasts, generated 18,000 views and 30+ thought‑leadership channels—and notably helped Aon sign a major client within days of viewing content.
