Deichmann, Europe's largest shoe retailer, sought to create a seamless omnichannel experience across its 27 countries and 40 online shops. Their challenge was to integrate multiple systems for coordinated email marketing that could deliver consistent, up-to-date content and personal offers, all while managing a global unsubscribe list for legal compliance. To meet these requirements, they turned to the email marketing solution from vendor Inxmail.
The Inxmail solution was integrated with Deichmann's CRM, product database, and online shop. A key component was a custom-developed Content App that automatically populated newsletters with current product information, and a voucher add-on for generating personal coupons. This implementation automated processes, significantly reduced the workload for creating mailings, and ensured a consistent brand appearance. As a result, Deichmann achieved significant online sales growth and increased long-lasting customer loyalty through highly relevant, cross-channel communication.
