Consolidated Minerals (Consmin), a manganese ore producer with operations in Australia and Ghana and more than 400 employees and contractors, faced fragmented safety and compliance management using spreadsheets and legacy software that produced poor reporting, weak escalation and notification, low usability, and insufficient functionality. To replace that mix of tools with an intuitive, configurable platform, Consolidated Minerals selected INX Software and its INX InControl solution to support end-to-end health, safety, environment and risk management.

INX Software implemented INX InControl (with mobile field checklists), integrations to HR/payroll and timesheets, and INX +Analytics alongside additional INX modules to manage travel, training, environment and health. The deployment delivered vastly improved visibility of incidents and investigations, standardized and simplified HSE processes, stronger auditing and inspection regimes via in-field updates, and easier trend tracking and corrective-action management — with Consolidated Minerals now running seven INX Software products to support proactive safety and compliance.
